On Tuesday, January 28, 2025, a video surfaced in which a man identified as Dylan Ortiz is seen shooting bullets in the streets of the municipality of Ecatepec. The images, which initially circulated on social media, eventually reached journalist Carlos Jiménez, who revealed them on his program C4.
Dylan Ortiz, an apparent rapper, was seen in the recordings not only firing shots into the air from the window of his Mercedes car but also displaying high-caliber weapons, jewelry, and high-value items on his social media, suggesting a life of excess.
After the videos were released, it was revealed that Dylan Ortiz was allegedly seeking revenge on the person who leaked the images. Carlos Jiménez reported that the rapper justifies his luxurious lifestyle and possession of firearms by claiming that it comes from the money he supposedly earns from his songs, although details about his musical career are currently unknown.
In the images, in addition to Ortiz shooting into the air from his car, he is seen alongside other unidentified individuals displaying high-caliber firearms. Jiménez noted that the shots were fired in Valle de Aragón, third section, in Ecatepec, State of Mexico.
