The Labor Conciliation Center (CCL) of Jalisco has inaugurated a new headquarters with the aim of strengthening labor justice in the region and facilitating the resolution of conflicts quickly and efficiently, at no cost to the parties involved. This new office will be located in the Secretariat of Labor and Social Welfare in Guadalajara and will serve users with a work address in several municipalities of Jalisco.
With the launch of this new headquarters in Tlajomulco of the CCL Jalisco, which has a team of two conciliators, two conciliation assistants, two legal advisors, and a receptionist, it is expected to lighten the flow of users in the central offices located in Zapopan and thus improve the efficiency of service. The services that will be offered for free include legal advice, conciliation hearings, and ratification of agreements.
The service hours for users will be Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, providing the possibility to schedule appointments for conciliations in the designated municipalities. It is important to note that, although priority will be given to residents of the mentioned locations, the headquarters will offer guidance and free advice to the entire population if required.
In the event that an applicant comes from a municipality outside the jurisdiction of the new headquarters, they will be properly guided and referred to the corresponding office according to their workplace. This measure ensures appropriate and specialized attention for each case, ensuring that all parties receive the support they need in their labor conciliation processes.
