The government of Guadalupe has rehabilitated over 1,260 traffic signals to restore their functionality and make them visible to all citizens, with the aim of improving road safety in the city. The Directorate of Road Engineering of Guadalupe reported that road painting works were also carried out, in which more than 209,000 linear meters of paint have been applied, along with the installation of 1,100 buoys to reduce speed on main roads. The purpose of the current administration is to improve the mobility of thousands of citizens who travel through Guadalupe, which is why these types of works reinforce the paving of main avenues and streets. They indicated that in the same vein, maintenance has been provided to over 1,300 traffic lights due to malfunctions, and currently, work is being done on the rehabilitation of street and avenue signage in various points of the city.
