A working table with the Attorney General of the State of Guanajuato will take place on March 11, 2025, at 10:00 AM, where questions about his activity report will be addressed. The meeting will be broadcast live through the State Congress portal and social media to ensure transparency and access to information.
Present at the meeting will be the President of Congress, Miriam Reyes Carmona, along with Carolina León Medina, María del Pilar Gómez Enríquez, Jorge Arturo Espadas Galván, David Martínez Mendizábal, Alejandro Arias Ávila, Rodrigo González Zaragoza, and Sergio Alejandro Contreras Guerrero.
The evaluation process of the Attorney General's report began on February 27, 2025, with the delivery of the report to Congress. Subsequently, March 4 was set as the deadline for legislators and citizens to send questions regarding the report. The working table on March 11 will be the space where these questions will be addressed, with a live broadcast available for the public.
The objective of this process is to promote citizen participation and ensure a transparent and detailed evaluation of the activities of the Attorney General's Office of the State of Guanajuato. To achieve this, a period has been opened to receive questions related to the content of the report before the ordinary session of the Plenary where the document will be presented.
In accordance with the Organic Law of the Attorney General's Office of the State of Guanajuato, it is established that the Attorney General must present his annual activity report on the specified date; therefore, the evaluation process has been defined by the Board of Government and Political Coordination of Congress to allow active participation from legislators and citizens in this process regulated by state legislation.
