Capture of two suspects in kidnapping case

Two women have been arrested in Guanajuato for their alleged involvement in kidnapping activities. After their capture, they were presented to a judge who ordered their preventive detention while their legal situation is resolved.

The State Attorney General's Office continues with the investigations to identify more possible accomplices and locate the kidnapping victim. Specialized investigation and reaction protocols have been activated, deploying an operation that culminated in the detention of one of the main suspects. Despite these advances, the victim has still not been found, leading the Attorney General's Office to maintain strategic operations with specialized technology and search teams to determine their whereabouts.

During the investigations, María Jazmín “N”, alias “La Chola”, was captured, who has also been linked to proceedings for her alleged involvement in kidnapping activities. The Attorney General's Office dealt another blow to organized crime with the detention of Libia Karina “N”, accused of a kidnapping in the state capital. Although both presumed perpetrators have been identified and arrested, the victim remains missing.

The events began when the victim's family received economic demands in exchange for her release, which led to the filing of a complaint with the Attorney General's Office. Meanwhile, the investigation and the rescue operation are ongoing to find the kidnapped individual and bring those responsible to justice.
