
The León Fair 2025 has established itself as the best family fair in Latin America, receiving 6 million 700 thousand visitors and achieving an economic impact of over 9 billion 058 million pesos. This achievement represents a 158% increase in economic impact compared to the previous edition.
The municipal president, Ale Gutiérrez, highlighted that the Fair positions León on the international stage and emphasized that 85% of the activities were free, making it an event for the whole family regardless of their economic situation. Gutiérrez stressed the importance of making the Fair accessible to everyone and providing joy and entertainment.
In this edition, considerable improvements were implemented such as nursing rooms, quality restrooms, improved signage, and greater digitization to meet the expectations and needs of visitors. Ale Gutiérrez thanked the Fair board and all participants for making possible an event filled with fun and joy for 27 days.
For the first time, the 'Inspira' project was launched, where more than 30 thousand people enjoyed conferences led by international figures like Serena Williams and Sergio 'Checo' Pérez. The results of 'Inspira' were positive, with 77% of attendees feeling a positive motivation in their lives, and 92% wishing for the continuation of the project.
David Novoa Toscano, president of the Fair board, announced that this edition broke significant records, especially in the Mazda Forum concerts with more than 435 thousand attendees at 20 free concerts by national and international artists. Notable artists like Def Leppard, Sam Smith, and Chayanne attracted thousands of people who enjoyed their performances.
The importance of making the Fair accessible to all was emphasized, with a high percentage of free content to ensure that everyone could enjoy the attractions. The Fair also served as a platform for local producers from Guanajuato, who achieved sales of over 120 million pesos, showing a significant increase compared to previous editions.
Visitor satisfaction was remarkable, with 96% expressing a high degree of satisfaction in this edition. Aspects such as cleanliness, the quality of events, the free nature of many activities, and safety contributed to the Fair concluding successfully and without incidents.
