A total of 11,922 medical attention orders, 19,506 video consultations, dental, visual, and other specialty consultations, as well as 1,893 claims cases were conducted. Additionally, the Call Center managed 59,860 calls.
In Nuevo León, the company experienced a 15% growth in 2024 compared to the previous year. Arceo Franco expressed the intention to maintain or exceed this expansion percentage in the current year. He noted that Plan Seguro's annual growth has been 15% in net premium indicators and 6% in insured individuals.
The director pointed out the trust of customers in the products and services of Plan Seguro, which has resulted in significant growth in the number of insured individuals and individual premiums. He emphasized that Monterrey is the most important market for the company, with 3,500 customers due to the culture of prevention and the company's positioning in Nuevo León.
A highlighted aspect of the year was the management of claims, with an expenditure of 2,124 million pesos on medical services. Furthermore, there was an increase of 0.67% in the number of active insured individuals and a growth of 25.34% in individual premium compared to the previous year. In total, 303.3 million pesos were paid for medical attention and services, reflecting the strength of the company in adverse situations.
