Gerardo Escamilla Vargas, Head of Civil Force Nuevo León, leads an initiative to recruit young people between 18 and 29 years old who wish to join this corporation with an initial salary of 29,000 pesos per month. The goal is to increase the number of active personnel before the end of the term to 7,000, preparing for significant events such as the 2026 World Cup. The priority is to demonstrate the closeness and strength of the institution, strengthening the trust of the citizenry.

The Nuevo León Secretariat of Security has inaugurated the Expo Civil Force 2025 at the Lewis Hall of Fundidora Park, aiming to bring families closer to the daily work of those responsible for security. This free event, organized by The New Civil Force, offers an educational and recreational experience for the holidays.

During the exhibition, which will run from April 18 to 20 and from April 25 to 27, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., attendees can interact with real equipment, explore helicopters, and participate in games and fun activities. Additionally, the different operational divisions of the corporation are presented, with the University of Security Sciences being particularly popular, where visitors can engage in simulations and interactive games.

The C5 Module highlights the importance of technology in surveillance and emergency response, while the exhibition of operational vehicles allows attendees to understand up close the work of Civil Force. The main focus of the event is to bring the citizenry closer to the daily work of the corporation, showcasing both its technical and human resources.
