The construction materials company Cemex has decided to join the trend of video podcasts, highlighting relevant topics for the construction sector in Mexico on social media. Through the series called Masters of Concrete, Ricardo Naya, president of Cemex Mexico, dialogues with leaders of construction companies in the country, sharing ideas, anecdotes, success stories, and addressing topics such as sustainability and innovation.

Experts like José Luis Graue from Tecnológico de Monterrey and Sergio Chufani from Grupo Chufani analyze the characteristics of these video podcasts. The experiences of companies like Grupo Ruba and Copachisa, significant housing developers in Mexico, are also highlighted as they have become sector references over time thanks to their mastery in the use of concrete, a fundamental material for the evolution of modern cities due to its sustainability and recyclability.

Another relevant topic in the region is the call for the Mujer Tec Award, an initiative from the Center for the Recognition of Human Dignity at Tecnológico de Monterrey that seeks to recognize the talent and contribution of women in the academic and work community. This year's edition focuses on highlighting the role of women in the context of emerging technologies and digitalization, crucial elements for social, economic, and political advancement.
