At the incMTY Summit 2024, experts highlighted that talent, entrepreneurship, and collaboration will be essential to drive progress in both Nuevo León and the entire country. Rogelio de los Santos, president of incMTY, emphasized the importance of making entrepreneurship an accessible and tangible opportunity for all young people. He underscored the message of unity between Tec de Monterrey and UANL, in collaboration with the state government, as a pillar for the development of Monterrey and Mexico as a whole.
"If there’s one thing we must do with incMTY, it is to bet on great things: on talent and collaboration," de los Santos stated. He highlighted the conviction that the talent present in Nuevo León and the country deserves opportunities to materialize their dreams and transform them into reality, which will contribute to a promising future where young people feel excited about what is to come.
Juan Pablo Murra, rector of Tec de Monterrey, emphasized that innovation and entrepreneurship are engines of change at a global level. He underscored the importance of creating more innovative companies and leveraging new technologies to generate value sustainably, benefiting businesses and individuals, with a special focus on Monterrey and Mexico.
Sofialeticia Morales Garza, Secretary of Education of Nuevo León, highlighted the relevance of exchanging transformative ideas to promote solutions that positively impact institutions, businesses, and communities. She emphasized the strategic role of Nuevo León as a leader and promoter of a strengthened ecosystem, aiming to share this model at a national level.
Jaime Arturo Castillo Elizondo, academic secretary of UANL, stressed the importance of an open mindset to foster innovation. He emphasized that open innovation lies in the willingness towards new approaches to work, roles, ideas, and actions. Additionally, he highlighted the need to establish concrete partnerships and promote teamwork as key elements for effective development and collaboration.
