During the early hours of this Tuesday, a truck from Route 172 Cometa-Centro overturned after being involved in an accident in Monterrey. The incident occurred at 06:04 AM at the intersection of Arteaga and Platón Sánchez streets.
According to information provided by Civil Protection Nuevo León, a traffic accident was reported involving a truck and a car. At the scene, seven injured individuals were attended to and were receiving medical attention at the location of the incident.
So far, the severity of the injuries has not been communicated nor whether hospitalization of the affected individuals will be necessary. Information about this event is still being updated.
"It is important to highlight that the safety of all those involved is our priority at this time. We are working in collaboration with the relevant authorities to clarify what happened and provide the necessary assistance," stated a spokesperson for the corporation.
