The Infonavit offices in Nuevo León have extended their service hours to provide greater flexibility for users. Now, individuals who need to carry out procedures related to obtaining a mortgage loan or improving their financing conditions can do so not only during the week but also on Saturdays.
Among the services offered with this new extended schedule are prequalification for obtaining a housing loan, financing for home improvements, or mortgage payments, as well as advice for requesting extensions or restructuring loans in case of payment difficulties. Additionally, it has been emphasized that those who obtained financing before 2013 under an unpayable scheme can verify if they are beneficiaries of the balance and installment freezing program for loans.
The Infonavit Service Center in Monterrey, located at 733 Mariano Escobedo Street, Centro neighborhood, has adjusted its hours to serve from Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 18:00 hours, and on Saturdays from 08:30 to 14:30 hours. This measure, driven by the general director, Octavio Romero Oropeza, aims to provide a more humane and accessible service, offering greater opportunities for advice and processing for users. Thus, it seeks to facilitate access to Infonavit services for those with time limitations during the week.
