Due to health complications of Senator Judith Díaz and the lag of Clara Luz Flores in her local operation, the head of IMME, Tatiana Clouthier, is positioning herself within Morena as the most competitive female profile for the party's internal process towards the governorship. In Cantera Palace, they are convinced that her chances have solidified, and therefore they envision a hostile campaign with strong attacks on the management of Samuel García, a scenario they do not consider as critical with the other options. For MC, it is a complex issue because their candidates will seek to colonize the Morena voter: a critical discourse from Tatiana will complicate that maneuver. According to what LPO learned, within the 4T they consider that Clouthier remains an option due to her direct ties to the federal government and her good on-air strategy in the entity. They consider that her decisions are hasty, any operation in her favor is not reciprocated, and in the end she may show disinterest in the project for which she promised to work, which is why she does not have enough local adhesions. Clouthier, according to her inner circle, would have decided not to run for the mayorship of Monterrey in case she does not obtain the governorship and would prefer to compete for a seat in San Lázaro. In addition to her, Mayor Andrés Mijes and Senator Waldo Fernández also remain as competitive profiles. Clouthier's unveiling two weeks ago came with a low point in the performance of her competitors: Judith Díaz, who after her massive report in Monterrey failed to take off in internal polls, also presents physical discomforts that -according to sources from her inner circle- complicate her tours and even disable her for days in the Senate of the Republic. On the other hand, Clara Luz Flores has been relegated in her local operation. In addition to not intensifying her territorial build-up, in recent weeks she tried to land in the Bienestar delegation in Nuevo León, however, she failed to secure the position. Inside Morena they indicate that the relationship between Clara Luz and Rosa Icela Rodríguez -her conduit to reach the delegation- has deteriorated in recent weeks, which is why she could not execute her political plans. Meanwhile, Clouthier's main challenge is to reach agreements within the state 4T. For months, deputies, mayors, and Morena operators have mentioned that it is unsustainable to collaborate with the former Secretary of Economy.
