"Demetrio", as he was preliminarily identified, has a particular sign: a 10-centimeter scar on his right arm, near the elbow crease. At the time of his location, he was wearing a torn black sweatshirt, torn blue jeans, a brown belt, and black boxer shorts. The Prosecutor's Office indicated that the man is currently at the Adolfo López Mateos Medical Center, located in the Ex Hacienda La Magdalena neighborhood in Toluca, where he is receiving medical attention.
