Users of the Metropolitan Line of RUTA, known as Line 4 and which has 32 stops along the Ecological Peripheral, have expressed their concern about the lack of security and the unfinished works at these points. These situations not only affect the comfort of passengers but also generate negative perceptions about the organization and efficiency of public transport service.
Regarding the unfinished works, users report that the incomplete construction of several stops makes it difficult to use them properly. Line 4 connects with other lines of the conventional transport system through integrative routes, aiming to improve mobility in the city.
Users have highlighted the lack of police presence at the stops of Line 4, especially during the early morning and night hours, which has created an atmosphere of insecurity. Despite being an important route, surveillance at the stops is insufficient, which increases the concern of those who use the service daily.
The operation of Line 4 of RUTA is carried out from Monday to Sunday from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., currently covering phases one and two which extend from Parque Finsa to Valsequillo. Users are requesting the relevant authorities for a prompt resolution to these problems to improve the quality of service and ensure the safety of passengers who depend on this transport in their daily routine.
