Cecilia Arellano Pérez has assumed the presidency of the State System for the Integral Development of the Family (SEDIF) in Puebla for the period 2024-2030, presenting her 10 strategies aimed at strengthening social development in the region. In a ceremonial event at the Puebla Convention Center, she committed to improving the conditions of the most vulnerable groups alongside Governor Alejandro Armenta Mier.

In her inaugural speech, she highlighted the existing challenges in Puebla and the determination of her administration to transform the reality of those who need it most. She expressed, "We need hands, commitments, and love for Puebla to build a state where every family has reasons to dream, think big, and prosper."

Among the strategies presented by Arellano are the protection of children, comprehensive support for families, attention to the elderly, inclusion of people with disabilities, emotional and mental health, streamlining the adoption program, empowerment of women, construction of an Animal Welfare Center, emergency and natural disaster assistance, and strategic alliances with various organizations.

Governor Armenta emphasized that Arellano Pérez's management at the State DIF will focus on achieving results, prioritizing the well-being of the population above any personal protagonism. He highlighted Cecilia's work as a woman dedicated to labor, service, and caring for others, and expressed his confidence in the success of the joint management.
