The Congress of Puebla has issued a call to municipal governments requesting respect for the Law of Institutional Image. The regulation establishes the use of neutral colors in communication and visual elements of governmental entities in the region. The Morena deputy, Guadalupe Yamak Taja, was responsible for presenting this exhortation. It is emphasized that the institutional image of municipalities should not include references to the personal image of their leaders, nor details associated with political parties or groups.
In another vein, the Governance Commission of the Congress has approved a reform to the Federal Political Constitution related to housing, which has been promoted at the national level. For this modification to come into effect as constitutional, it requires ratification from at least 17 local congresses, having been approved to date by 19 entities, including Puebla. The reform implies that companies must guarantee adequate housing for their employees through contributions to the National Housing Fund, allowing them to access credits to acquire, improve, or build a home.
Additionally, the concept of "social leasing" is introduced, a rental model that facilitates property acquisition, with a cost that does not exceed 30% of the worker's salary and prioritizing those who have consistently contributed to the fund. This measure aims to provide greater access to the social leasing program for those without their own housing, consolidating an important aspect of the housing policy of Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo.
