The Tlajomulco government completed the intervention on Hacienda San Diego street and the main access to the Rancho Alegre subdivision, with a total investment of over 23.8 million pesos, aimed at improving mobility, hydraulic infrastructure, and road safety. The works included actions on roadways, service networks, and public spaces as part of an integral intervention in the area. On Hacienda San Diego street, 6.9 million pesos were allocated. The works included 1,220 square meters of cobblestone paving, 460 square meters of traditional cobblestone, and 256 square meters of sidewalks. Additionally, 283 meters of the sanitary network and 577 meters of the potable water network were renewed. Safe crossings and bollards were also installed. On the main access to Rancho Alegre, 16.9 million pesos were invested in renovating the entrance and the plaza. The works involved the intervention of over eight thousand square meters with traditional cobblestone and stamped concrete, in addition to the construction of sidewalks, improvement of road signage, and installation of lighting. "We are having a budget plan with a social sense, a committed budget so that it reaches all areas. We also intervened in this part with 260 meters, and the idea is to implement cobblestone that helps us recharge aquifers, reduce the temperature by up to three degrees, improve the microclimate of the area, and also intervene in the arches to give it identity," highlighted the mayor. Residents of the area participated in the inauguration. "Although there was already consolidated cobblestone, there were areas with many potholes and others with multiple depressions. Almost eight thousand five hundred square meters were intervened. Today we are finishing our Administrative Center, which will soon be ready right here. When it rained, it was impassable and quite unsafe."
