Toluca, the capital of the State of Mexico, is forecasted to experience temperatures ranging from 1 to 3 degrees at night and 21 to 23 degrees during the day. Cold conditions are expected due to the ongoing cold front affecting various states including potential frost in some areas.

According to the weather forecast, in Toluca, the capital of the State of Mexico, a minimum temperature of 1 to 3 degrees is expected, with a maximum ranging between 21 and 23 degrees. During the early morning, minimum temperatures of -5 to 0 degrees are expected in some areas of the State of Mexico, with a risk of frost. The same phenomenon is anticipated in areas of Zacatecas, San Luis Potosí, Aguascalientes, Jalisco, Michoacán, Guanajuato, Tlaxcala, Puebla, and Hidalgo.

According to authorities, these climatic conditions are caused by the presence of cold front 25, which extends over the northwest, north, and northeast of the country. Additionally, there is a cyclonic circulation at mid and high levels of the atmosphere, along with polar and subtropical jet streams, which will create a cold to cool environment in elevated areas. In contrast, showers are forecast for Baja California, Coahuila, Nuevo León, and Tamaulipas, as well as isolated rains in Sonora and San Luis Potosí.

Winds with gusts of up to 60 to 80 kilometers per hour are expected in Sonora and Chihuahua, ranging from 40 to 60 kilometers per hour in Baja California, Baja California Sur, Sinaloa, Durango, Zacatecas, and Coahuila. On the other hand, snow or sleet is anticipated in the sierras of Juárez and San Pedro Mártir, Baja California.

Meanwhile, a low-pressure channel in the east and southeast of the country, along with moisture coming in from the Gulf of Mexico and the Caribbean Sea, will promote rains and showers in several regions, including the Yucatán Peninsula, with heavy rains in Chiapas. The National Water Commission (Conagua) has reported that Mexico City will experience temperatures of 0 to 5 degrees on the morning of Monday, January 27, with possible frost in elevated areas, while by the afternoon, a partially cloudy sky and warm environment are expected, with no rain conditions.

According to the Conagua forecast, minimum temperatures of 8 to 10 degrees are expected in Mexico City, with maximums of 24 to 26 degrees, with no risk of precipitation in the capital or the State of Mexico. Winds from the north and northeast will blow at 10 to 20 kilometers per hour, with gusts of up to 35 kilometers per hour.
