The Mexican startup Leadsales, known for being the first CRM specially designed for WhatsApp in Mexico, has announced its entry into NVIDIA Inception's global program. This program is designed to assist tech startups at key stages of their development, providing a series of exclusive benefits such as deep learning credits, preferential pricing on hardware and software, as well as support in joint marketing.

Founded in 2020, Leadsales aims to transform sales management for small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Through advanced technology, specialized resources, and connections with venture capitalists, the startup helps SMEs scale faster and increase their market visibility.

In 2024, Leadsales launched the first no-code chatbot for SMEs in Latin America, a tool designed to automate responses and streamline processes. Since then, it has collaborated with over 2,500 companies across more than 20 countries, enabling its clients to increase their sales by up to 300% and improve response times by 400%. The startup has also been recognized as one of the "30 Business Promises" in 2024 and is part of LinkedIn's Top Startups Mexico.

The innovations expected from Leadsales' partnership with NVIDIA Inception include predictive lead scoring, intelligent conversation automation, and real-time data analysis based on artificial intelligence. These developments are designed to help SMEs identify potential customers, provide quick personalized responses, and optimize their strategic decisions.
