The company ElLand Aircraft Carrier has presented a hybrid ground aerial vehicle that combines the functions of a conventional car with those of a large drone that transforms into a personal aircraft. Although the exact autonomy of the giant drone has not been revealed, it is expected to carry two passengers and fly for 35 minutes at a maximum speed of 130 km/h.

In practice, the Land Aircraft Carrier is not just a flying car, but a prototype that shows how personal mobility could evolve in the future, merging automotive and aerospace technology to overcome the limitations of road traffic. Its development aims to facilitate a transition to more efficient and flexible transportation, although its large-scale adoption will depend on regulation, infrastructure, and social acceptance.

The approximate price of this innovative vehicle has not yet been officially confirmed, but it is estimated to be around 150,000 USD, making it accessible compared to current supercars or light aircraft. Its battery, with silicon carbide technology and an 800 V high-voltage platform, offers a combined range of over 1,000 km per charge.

"When we are in a safe space, we press a button and the airborne module will separate from the rear in five minutes, ready for flight," said a spokesperson for ElLand Aircraft Carrier. The main objective of this innovative vehicle is to overcome the challenges of urban traffic and expand transportation options in complex environments.

Equipped with six wheels and a 6x6 suspension system with steering on all of them, the ground vehicle enhances load capacity and off-road performance. Its carbon fiber fuselage ensures lightness and structural strength, with a length of approximately six meters and a weight close to 1,936 kilograms.

The vehicle's cabin features a 270-degree wraparound design made of high-strength polycarbonate, which is up to 200 times more impact-resistant than conventional glass. The airborne module is equipped with rotors and a carbon fiber propeller system that enables automatic vertical takeoffs and landings, making it ideal for operating in tight spaces and urban areas.
