The Suma Tu Negocio program has been fundamental in boosting women's participation in the business sector, with 73% of the support granted to women entrepreneurs. In addition to providing equipment, the program offers training that is essential for business growth, teaching entrepreneurs how to manage costs and improve profitability.

One of the program's beneficiaries, Claudia Liliana Hernández, owner of León Mieles del Centro, shares her experience: "Learning provided us with tools to be ready when an opportunity arose." The mayor, Ale Gutiérrez, announced the expansion of the program with 44 specialized courses in areas such as marketing, management, and legal advisory.

In the latest round of the program, around 3,172 entrepreneurs benefited, 291 of whom received equipment. Since its inception in 2022, Suma Tu Negocio has allocated more than 32 million pesos in support, focusing on empowering microenterprises, which represent 84% of the beneficiaries. The goal is to prepare entrepreneurs to seize opportunities and take the next step in their growth.

In this latest round, seven supports were assigned to individuals with motor, visual, or auditory disabilities, demonstrating the program's commitment to inclusion. During the event, the importance of strengthening the support network among entrepreneurs was emphasized, promoting collaboration and local consumption.
