BanCoppel has introduced a new model of mortgage credit that allows people to acquire a home entirely digitally, without the need for lengthy procedures or waiting in line. This scheme, presented this week, offers the possibility of obtaining pre-approval in less than five minutes from the comfort of home or office, using only a phone, tablet, or computer.
BanCoppel's mortgage credit is characterized by being efficient and transparent, allowing the exploration of various financing options and choosing the one that best meets the applicant's needs. The banking institution highlights the flexibility in payments and competitive rates starting from 9.90%, with terms of 10, 15, or 20 years, and options for fixed or increasing payments.
One of the new features of this scheme is the "convenience payment," which rewards punctuality in payments by allowing the borrower to defer a payment when needed, after accumulating 12 consecutive months of payments without delay. This benefit represents a financial breather in cases of unforeseen situations.
Access to this credit is broad, with amounts ranging from 300 thousand to 15 million pesos, covering up to 90% of the property's value, and even 95% in Infonavit schemes. Additionally, income from a co-borrower can be added to facilitate the approval for those seeking better conditions.
Among the additional advantages are the absence of opening commissions, the possibility of making early payments without penalties, financing of notary fees, as well as the inclusion of life insurance, total disability, unemployment, and coverage for damages to the property and its contents, providing comprehensive protection.
To access this financing, a minimum income of eight thousand pesos per month is required for employees and 15 thousand pesos for applications for a greater amount, having a healthy credit history, and being between 25 and 64 years of age at the time of contracting. Carlos López Moctezuma, General Director of BanCoppel, emphasizes the importance of this initiative that marks a step forward in the technological transformation of the bank, bringing financial services in a more personalized and digital way to a larger number of people.
