The Public Education Secretariat has established a new consultation method for grants, which can be conducted through the site buscador.becasbenitojuarez.gob.mx/escuelas. The tool allows users to enter the CCT key or search by state to locate the card delivery site.
According to what is indicated, upon entering the page, a map will be displayed showing the card delivery dates at the selected school. It is essential to understand the two possible statuses when consulting: one confirms inclusion in the program, and the other indicates that one is not registered for some reason.
In the case of an active status, additional information will be provided, such as the CURP, the CCT key of the institution, and the corresponding scholarship office. Mario Delgado has reiterated that payments will begin after the distribution of the cards, suggesting that deposits will be made in the coming weeks.
Regarding the Rita Cetina Scholarships, approximately 1.2 million cards have been distributed out of a total of 1.4 million secondary beneficiaries. New families in the program that received their card in February obtained their support corresponding to the January-February bi-monthly period in their Banco del Bienestar cards.
The distribution of 389 thousand cards in February represented 100% of the planned support for that month. The SEP has communicated about an additional tool, the school finder, that facilitates the location of delivery dates by state.
For the Benito Juárez Scholarships, card delivery is scheduled to begin on March 28 nationwide. These actions encompass registrations made from February 5 to 28, totaling 1.4 million students of higher secondary education enrolled in the Benito Juárez platform.
On the other hand, the distribution of cards for the Higher Education Scholarship Young People Writing the Future will begin on April 5, with 81,316 beneficiaries registered in the same period. To monitor the status of the Benito Juárez Scholarship, the status finder can be used with the CURP, where two status options are provided: active (in green) or inactive (in red).
