The International Monetary Fund has lowered its global growth estimates due to the imposition of tariffs. In this context, the IMF forecasts a contraction of 0.3% in the Mexican economy, being the only country in the G-20 with a negative GDP projection.

In Mexico, the economy is expected to contract by 0.3% in the year 2025, according to the IMF's WEO report. This situation has led some companies to consider reducing the working hours of their employees as a measure to cope with the economic crisis.

The president of the Senate has admitted the presence of candidates linked to drug trafficking among the judicial aspirants, pointing out faults in the selection processes. On the other hand, greater attacks against Mexico have been recorded in advertising and networks, mainly by U.S. Republican leaders.

In other news, an official was found with a weapon and three million dollars, although the authorities deny any involvement at this time. Meanwhile, the Court has endorsed a law to protect children from violence using the figure of "Children Affected by Law." This reform, originated in Zacatecas, aims to guarantee a safe environment for minors.
