
The company Servicios Corporativos Javer (Javer) reported that during the third quarter of the year, its net income reached two billion 481 million pesos (mdp), reflecting an increase of 6.5% compared to the same period last year. In the first nine months of the year, revenues increased by 5.3%, totaling seven billion 42 mdp, in contrast to six billion 690 mdp in the same period in 2023.
The growth in revenues was mainly driven by an improvement in the product offering for sale. During the third quarter, sales of units in the residential segment increased by 45.1%, while in the first nine months of the year, it grew by 25.1%. On the other hand, the sale of middle-income housing experienced a decline in both periods.
The average selling price per quarter rose from 716.8 thousand pesos in the third quarter of 2023 to 793 thousand pesos in the same period this year. Additionally, the accumulated average price increased from 708.8 thousand pesos last year to 788.1 thousand pesos as of September 2024.
Regarding the units sold in the quarter, three thousand 119 homes were sold, representing a reduction of 3.4% compared to the three thousand 230 units sold in the same quarter of the previous year.
The operating cash flow for the quarter and in cumulative terms continued to grow positively at a double-digit rate, according to the results guide of the exercise. During the third quarter, the flow rose to 460.9 mdp, which represented an increase of 11.8% compared to 412.3 mdp in the same period in 2023.
Net income was 217.9 mdp in the third quarter, showing an increase of 42.9% compared to the same period last year. In cumulative terms, the growth was 49.2%, reaching 521.1 mdp.
