The president of the Marqués initiates and delivers infrastructure projects with a total investment of over 26 million pesos, improving the lives of 2013 inhabitants.


Inauguration of Works in San Vicente Ferrer

The municipal president of Marqués, Rodrigo Monsalvo Castelán, along with the Secretary of Public Works, Abraham Ibarra Villaseñor, visited the communities of San Vicente Ferrer and Santa María Begoña to carry out and deliver infrastructure works aimed at improving the living conditions of their inhabitants.

The total investment allocated for these works was 26 million 882 thousand 563 pesos in finished projects and 9 million 136 thousand 629 pesos in works initiated, with an estimated direct impact on 2013 residents of Marqués.

In San Vicente Ferrer, the urbanization began, which included the construction of sidewalks and curbs, mortar pavement, stamped concrete, installation of household connections, inspection wells and sanitary records, at a cost of 7 million 636 thousand 629 pesos, benefiting 1,819 inhabitants.

Additionally, in order to improve access to San Vicente Ferrer, the rehabilitation of the entrance boulevard was carried out with work that included sidewalks, mortared cobblestone and stamped concrete. These initiatives aim to enhance the quality of life for the citizens, providing better services, infrastructure, and mobility.
