The Cósmicas platform, dedicated to women's personal growth and awakening inner power, will celebrate its first event called 'Cósmicas Voices' on February 12, designed to help women manifest the life of their dreams.
According to the organizers, the event will be an opportunity to learn wellness tools, focusing on women as integral beings regardless of the life stage they are in, whether they are leaders, entrepreneurs, or mothers. The idea is to seek the best version of each woman and share experiences with other women that inspire and teach how to achieve it.
The central focus of the event will be the presence of Gabrielle Bernstein, author of several successful books, including "The Universe Has Your Back." Manifestation techniques supported by neuroscience and epigenetics will be addressed, with the aim of improving life from a holistic and neurological perspective.
The 'Cósmicas Voices' event is aimed at all women interested in learning more about personal growth, regardless of their previous experience in meditation or mindfulness. It seeks to expand consciousness and promote female empowerment through the voices and experiences of various speakers, including Andrea and Pamela Berrondo from Mesa Sana, Isa Casas, María Milo, among other outstanding women.
Regarding the importance of understanding the functioning of the female nervous system, the need to balance states of alertness and calmness was emphasized, and to communicate with the nervous system through practices such as manifestation and mindfulness. Additionally, the intensity typically associated with women will be addressed to demystify that stigma.
