Rehabilitation of Linear Parks in El Ejido

The linear parks El Ejido, La Sardaneta, and Mariches are being rehabilitated with maintenance and restoration work to improve their facilities. Despite the ongoing work, the parks remain open for citizens to continue enjoying them without interruptions.

On another note, the mayor has inaugurated the linear park of Boulevard Épsilon, which will benefit more than 50,000 people in the nearby neighborhoods. This reflects the municipality's commitment to sustainable urban development and a better quality of life for its residents.

The improvements made range from cleaning and pruning trees to restoring playgrounds and public lighting with the aim of making these parks safe places for families and promoting social interaction. It seeks to benefit more than 62,000 people who use these areas for recreation and family gatherings.

The municipal president, Ale Gutiérrez, emphasized the importance of carrying out maintenance and restoration work in the parks to provide accessible and well-maintained green spaces for the community. These tasks include general cleaning, tree pruning, repair and restoration of playgrounds, removal of graffiti, and maintenance of public lighting to ensure greater safety.

The General Directorate of Public Works has scheduled periodic interventions to prevent the deterioration of these spaces and keep them in optimal conditions for the enjoyment of all citizens.
