MasterChef Mexico Celebrates a Decade with Historic Season

MasterChef Mexico is celebrating its 10th anniversary with a groundbreaking season called 'MasterChef Celebrity Generations'. This season will showcase four generations of celebrities competing in the iconic cooking show, hosted by Claudia Lizaldi and featuring renowned chefs as judges.


The popular cooking show MasterChef Mexico is preparing to celebrate its first decade with a special season that will bring together four different generations: the classics, the cassette generation, the millennials, and Generation Z. This edition will be named 'MasterChef Celebrity Generations' and will feature the participation of renowned celebrities such as Ofelia Medina, Rosa Gloria Chagoyán, Andrea Noli, Barbara Torres, among others.

This season will be hosted by Claudia Lizaldi, while the judges will be the well-known chefs Adrián Herrera, Poncho Cadena, and Zahie Téllez, who returns to the show after a security incident. During a press conference conducted by Claudia Lizaldi, the 20 confirmed participants for the 2025 edition of MasterChef Celebrity Generations were announced. The contestants will be divided into the following groups:

- The classics: Memo Ríos, Rosa Gloria Chagoyán, Gaby Rivero, Ofelia Medina, Anabel Ferreira - Cassette Generation: Luis Fernando Peña, Barbara Torres, Plutarco Haza, Andrea Noli, Bobby Larios - Millennials: Rafa Polinesio, María José Magán, Carlos Quirarte, Lylo Fa, Dani Valle - The new generation: Herly, Isaias Espinoza, Iram Mendiola, Leslie Gallardo, Nicole Chávez

MasterChef Celebrity Generations promises to be an exciting season with participants from diverse generations who will test their culinary skills and compete for the culinary title. The premiere date of this new edition that brings together celebrities from different eras has not yet been revealed, but it is expected to be a complete success. The presentation to the press was attended by Adrián Ortega, General Director of Content at TV Azteca, and David Limón, executive producer of the Azteca and Endemol Shine reality show.
