Congratulating the winner, Mexico's President Claudia Sheinbaum voiced her support, saying, "We are more beautiful when we raise our voices." The elite group was also completed by representatives from the Philippines and Côte d'Ivoire. The victory at the Impact Arena in Thailand had a vindicative flavor: the 25-year-old achieved the title after starring in a major controversy with local organizers the previous week. Bosch had previously denounced mistreatment by Nawat Itsaragrisil, the director of the local organizing committee, who had publicly reprimanded her.
