The air market between Mexico and the United States has regained its position as the second largest in the world, with a supply of more than 3.5 million seats available for October, according to consultant OAG. This increase in flight capacity reflects the importance of this connection, being only surpassed by the route between Spain and the United Kingdom, which records a supply of 5 million seats.

The rise from the fourth position that Mexico held in September is not only an indicator of recovery but also a response to the growing demand for international flights to and from the United States, especially in a quarter marked by festivities and holidays. Mexican airlines such as Viva Aerobus, Volaris, and Aeroméxico have played a crucial role in this growth, allocating more flights to this key market.

The bottler Coca-Cola FEMSA (KOF), along with convenience stores OXXO and the FEMSA Foundation, has distributed more than 83,500 liters of drinking water, benefiting 11,000 people in areas affected by Hurricane John in Guerrero and Oaxaca.

The reactivation and strengthening of the air market between Mexico and the United States underline the stability and potential of air traffic between both trade partners, vital not only for tourism but also for business and trade between both nations, consolidating as one of the most competitive markets globally.
