In the second episode of "Who is the Mask?", the reality show from Televisa where celebrities hide behind costumes, the identity of Erik El Roto was revealed, who turned out to be the singer El Fantasma. Other characters such as Tutopotama, Ricardilla, Camilo Mandrilo, and Dale Dale also participated in the competition.
The dynamics of the show consisted of a final battle between Erik El Roto and Pony, with the public deciding to save their favorite, resulting in Pony being the most supported with 51% of the votes. Therefore, Erik El Roto had to reveal his identity, stating that he is actually Alexander García, known in regional Mexican music as El Fantasma.
The clues that Erik El Roto had given during his participation included being a great dancer, which led the investigators to speculate about his identity, thinking of members of Bronco as possible candidates. The uncertainty remained until the end, with different conjectures from the judges, such as Eduardo Santamarina, Joaquín Cosío, Jesús Ochoa, or José Eduardo Derbez.
After being discovered, El Fantasma performed again the song with which he participated in the show. Next Sunday at 8:30 PM, the third episode of "Who is the Mask?" will take place, where another celebrity will have to reveal their identity.
