The Mayor of San Pedro-El Álamo, David de la Peña Marroquín, inaugurated pavement works with hydraulic concrete, improving the quality of life and road infrastructure in the community.

The Mayor stated that the hydraulic concrete paving aimed to improve the quality of life of the residents and also to increase the value of properties in the area. This roadwork not only benefits residents on a daily basis, but also improves community infrastructure.

In the locality of Los Fierros, street paving with hydraulic concrete was carried out, accompanied by complementary roadworks. Additionally, a drinking water network of 103 linear meters was installed, with 6 long household connections and 6 short ones, 3 drainage outlets, and 3 LED streetlights for public lighting.

The Municipal President delivered the project on Fresnos Street in the San Pedro-El Álamo community, as well as on Faustino Salazar and Lázaro Cárdenas streets in Los Fierros. In Los Fresnos, 1,350 square meters of concrete were used for paving, 180 linear meters of dove-tail type curbing were built, and 53 linear meters of sidewalk indent were made, in addition to re-leveling two manholes.
