In the cast of the play "Santa's List" we find Jonatan Rubén, who plays the villain of the story. The play, written by Vanesa Varela and Fernando Garcilita, will premiere at Marketeatro starting November 28. The plot revolves around Santa Claus and his need for Grandma Moni's help to save Christmas, as he faces problems in his workshop, while Moni and her family go through tough times, especially her grandson Ricky, who has lost faith in Christmas.

The musical, directed by Mitzi Elizalde and with scenery by Denisse Camargo, features a cast that includes actors with experience in prominent musicals such as Anahí Allué, Natalia Moguel, Natalia Leal, Jimena Reynal, and Jonatan Rubén. The play aims to convey the idea that Christmas is not just about gifts, but about believing in oneself, in magic, and in dreams.

Hugo Robles, in charge of musical direction and some songs, emphasizes the importance of having heart and a positive message for children in the songs. María Meneses, responsible for the choreography, highlights that each movement in the play tells a story of illusion and hope, while Alejandro Ito is one of the collaborators in the composition of some lyrics.

The season of "Santa's List" will begin on November 28 at Marketeatro, located at Coahuila 105, Col. Roma, with double performances on weekends until December 22. The play, featuring original songs and a new story, seeks to convey a positive message and leave a lesson for the audience, especially for the little ones.
