At the end of the process, a brief survey related to the socioeconomic situation must be completed, and the reference number and provided QR code must be saved. This financial support is mainly aimed at mothers, young students, and women in general from the state of Guanajuato, starting with mothers aged 25 to 45 years. The initial distribution will focus on the municipalities in the northeast of Guanajuato, such as San Luis de la Paz, San José Iturbide, Doctor Mora, Tierra Blanca, Victoria, Santa Catarina, Xichú, and Atarjea, with these locations being the first to receive the benefit, at an official event led by Governor Libia García.

The program is specifically aimed at Guanajuato women aged between 25 and 45 who are mothers.
