According to the neurology specialist, at birth we have a determined aging rhythm, which can vary depending on our lifestyle habits. The doctor explained that taking care of oneself, exercising, and following a proper diet can help slow down the aging process compared to those who do not pay much attention to their health.

In a study conducted, it was observed that Paul had a biological age that exceeded his chronological age by 10 years. This was attributed to a possible high level of stress or lack of sleep, which affected brain activity. However, it was highlighted that with changes in lifestyle, this could be corrected.

On the other hand, in the case of Galilea Montijo, despite being 51 years old chronologically, her biological age was determined to be 41 years. The specialist mentioned that her psycho-emotional state was well-regulated and her heart was in good condition, both romantically and spiritually. In a playful tone, Galilea remarked that this is why she is dating someone younger than her.

During the analysis, which lasted approximately 4 minutes, both showed calmness. Biological age is considered a distinct marker from chronological age, and this study aimed to detect possible abnormalities in the hearts and nervous systems of the participants.

The study was conducted on the "HOY" program under the supervision of a neuroscientist. The resonance allowed for assessing the health of Galilea Montijo's and Paul Stanley's brains and hearts. The results surprised by revealing their biological age, which differs from their chronological age.
