On Saturday, January 25, 2025, a complaint from a citizen went viral regarding an incident in the municipality of Valle de Chalco, State of Mexico. The woman reported that a man was committing indecent acts in front of a child.
The complaint was made through social media, detailing that the individual was inside his mototaxi on North 32 street in the Santiago neighborhood of Valle de Chalco, and that he was masturbating in front of the complainant's daughter. The woman stated that the man came out of the grocery store, positioned himself in the vehicle's cabin, exposed himself, and began touching himself.
In the video that went viral on social media, the man was shown stopping in front of a store, buying a few things, and then entering the passenger part of the vehicle to perform the obscene act. When the woman realized the situation, she confronted the man identified as Eduardo "N", who quickly started the mototaxi and drove away.
In a WhatsApp conversation that the complainant made public, the man justified his actions due to addiction problems, claiming that he would not do it again. Despite the incident being widely disseminated on social media, there is no information regarding whether the woman filed a formal complaint with the authorities, and so far, they have not commented on the matter.
