"It is a film that involves a beautiful risk, by giving a child with a disability the opportunity to portray a child with a disability," added Anderson.
Barbara Mori, who plays Barbara in the film, mentioned that she accepted the role due to the powerful story it seeks to bring to the world. Although she does not have personal experience with disability in her family, the story is moving and touches the fibers of human vulnerability.

Julián Tello, a 10-year-old boy who plays Lucca, has shown remarkable passion for acting despite the challenges posed by cerebral palsy. He is also a sports lover, especially football and baseball.
