'Fofo' Márquez, a content creator, was sentenced to 17 years and six months in prison for attempted femicide. The woman who reported him for assault in February 2024 expressed fear for her life and her family's, directly holding the aggressor's relatives responsible in case of something serious.

After hearing the sentence that will keep him in prison until 2040, 'Fofo' will remain at the Barrientos Penitentiary in the State of Mexico. During the hearing, the victim requested protective measures due to her fear for her safety.

Upon leaving the trial, the woman revealed her feelings upon hearing 'Fofo': 'I felt, and what I've felt in other hearings, that there is no remorse, that he is not aware of what he is living.' She also noted that she fears going out alone and requested escorts, a request that was denied.

Edith 'N' highlighted that money is not the most important thing for her, stressing that the legal process has had an emotional and psychological cost greater than any financial compensation. Furthermore, she mentioned that she still feels fear and cannot face the situation alone.

The judge in charge of the case ruled that 'Fofo' must undergo specialized psychological treatment for at least two years, along with the payment of a fine and a considerable amount for compensation to the victim. The woman emphasized that, despite what was said in the sentence, her process continues to be an experience filled with fear and vulnerability.
