The youngest, Viridiana Frade, daughter of Sylvia Pasquel and Fernando Frade, passed away at the age of 2 after falling into a pool in October 1987. This tragic event reminded the family of the previous loss of another daughter, Viridiana Alatriste, who died at the age of 19.
Violeta Preciado, a close friend of Sylvia Pasquel, revealed details about the day of the tragedy. Viridiana was at home after arriving from school while her mother and Fernando Frade were getting ready to do some activities. The girl was left in the care of the cleaning person, as Stephanie Salas decided to sunbathe in the garden.
Unfortunately, Viridiana fell into the pool, which was in a neglected state with murky water. Despite efforts to find her in time, the girl was found deceased. Salas, who was about 16 years old at the time, made the decision to leave the house upon learning of the tragedy.
Sylvia Pasquel, mother of Viridiana, had previously commented that the girl was playing in the garden while Salas was briefly away from the house. Although she was not present at the time of the accident, Pasquel deeply lamented the loss of her youngest daughter.
