
The Attorney General of Tabasco reported that after the shootout, which occurred in the Tabasco Center for Social Rehabilitation (CREST), seven men died, and fourteen people were injured and taken to various hospitals. The incident began at 10:51, but thanks to the operational actions of law enforcement agencies at three levels of government, the situation was stabilized by 11:30.
Seven deceased inmates have been identified as: Abraham 'N', Federico 'N', Charly 'N', Oswaldo 'N', Alejandro 'N', Jonathan 'N', and Josué 'N'. The injured were taken to various hospitals in the city of Villahermosa, and their names are as follows: Pedro Enrique 'N', Deyose 'N', Daniel Eduardo 'N', Jesús Alberto 'N', Emilio 'N', Cristhofer Rafael 'N', Marco Antonio 'N', Luis Arturo 'N', José Manuel 'N', Valdemar 'N', Isaías 'N', Luis Felipe 'N', Antonio 'N', and Carlos Humberto 'N'.
