
Singer Angélica Infante, granddaughter of the musician and actor Pedro Infante, passed away on Wednesday, February 5, at her home, according to her family. The news was confirmed by Pedro Infante Lobo, who expressed the family's dismay at the loss of the artist. Angélica Infante shared the stage with musicians such as Álex Lora from El Tri.
In a statement, the singer's sister, Dora Infante, detailed that Angélica would be laid to rest at the Gayosso funeral home in Félix Cuevas and thanked for the expressions of affection and prayers towards the Infante family.
So far, the causes of Angélica Infante's death have not been disclosed. Journalist Chava Rock, close to the artist, mentioned that Angélica had experienced a stroke and received medical attention in a hospital. Despite having been discharged, she passed away at home.
