In case of doubt about the authenticity of the medications, it is recommended to contact the holder of the sanitary registration to verify the identity of the products. It is also urged to report any adverse reactions or suspicions of counterfeiting to the relevant authorities.
For regular consumers of Cafiaspirina, Desenfriol, and Aspirina Protec, it is advised not to use the products with the lot numbers indicated by Cofepris and specified in the health alert.
