Martínez contacted the television program Ventaneando to state that all accusations against him are false, calling them 'horrible and unthinkable lies'. He expressed that the truth will come to light with real evidence and assured that he would never commit an assault against a woman. He is currently receiving legal advice.

For her part, Alicia Villarreal went to the Specialized Prosecutor's Office for Feminicides and Crimes Against Women in Nuevo León to make her statement. She thanked the support received and mentioned that the situation was difficult, without going into details. Her lawyer explained that the singer shared everything that happened with the authorities and that they are waiting for the verdict, without being able to foresee what the next step in the case will be.

Regarding Villarreal's complaint against Martínez, it was revealed that the artist had allegedly been physically assaulted at her home, according to a document presented on Ventaneando. The report indicates that Martínez allegedly took away her two cell phones to disconnect her, as well as her passport and identification documents, while she managed to escape. Although specific details have not been provided, the singer's manager confirmed that she had to be hospitalized after the alleged assault incident.
