Daniel Bisogno's health status has been a cause for concern in recent days, after the news of his admission to intensive care was spread. The host, known for his participation in programs like 'Ventaneando' and 'Al Extremo', finally passed away on Thursday, February 20.
His brother, Alex Bisogno, revealed that Daniel had occasionally expressed the desire to be sedated due to the intense discomfort he experienced while connected to multiple machines in the hospital. Daniel had been battling health complications since undergoing a liver transplant in September.
In an intervention on 'Ventaneando', Alex denied rumors of a pulmonary thrombosis, explaining that Daniel's kidneys had stopped functioning properly, which caused a buildup of fluid in his lungs and required urgent intervention. Despite his concerning condition, doctors highlighted Daniel's strength and resilience, who showed a strong will to live.
According to Alex, Daniel felt discouraged and sad about the situation, although he still maintained consciousness and the desire to find relief in sleep. Despite the difficulties, both Alex and the medical team admired Daniel's determination to keep fighting.
