The Attorney General's Office of Justice in Mexico City has clarified that there is no evidence supporting the version that the student Fátima Mayte N. was pushed by her classmates at the Diurna Secondary School No. 136, in Iztapalapa. The Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Mexico has also taken note of the case and demanded justice for Fátima, as well as requesting the intervention of the Ministry of Public Education.

The embassy defended the young woman for her love of K-Pop and the values of Korean culture, emphasizing that these preferences are not reasons for violence and aggression towards others, as they go against the values of tolerance, inclusion, and diversity that their culture promotes. For its part, the FGJCDMX has assured that it will continue the investigation to determine if there is any crime to pursue.

The prosecutor's office has kept in contact with Fátima's family and is awaiting their decision to conduct an interview that could help clarify what happened. Although the version that the young woman was thrown for listening to K-Pop generated outrage and mobilization on social media, the Attorney General's Office clarified that the incident occurred while students were in class, not during recess, and that the school has only two levels.

Despite Fátima still being hospitalized, her health condition shows favorable progress. The forensic reports indicate that the minor fell from a height of approximately one floor and not from a third level, as had been speculated. The FGJCDMX will continue investigating the incident that occurred on February 4 at Secondary School No. 136.
