It is worth mentioning that in 2017, Guillermo del Bosque revealed that he had Hodgkin lymphoma, a type of cancer that he fought against for three years before receiving a positive diagnosis.
Del Bosque shared that he discovered his illness because he started to feel constant fatigue and dizziness, prompting him to seek the opinion of several specialists to identify the cause of his symptoms. As a result of these medical studies, Hodgkin lymphoma was detected.
Hodgkin lymphoma is a type of cancer that affects the lymphatic tissue, present in lymph nodes, spleen, liver, bone marrow, and other sites. The symptoms of this disease include swelling of lymph nodes, fever, fatigue, night sweats, unintentional weight loss, and itching of the skin.
