
On Thursday, Hospitales MAC, under the direction of Miguel Khoury, will open its 23rd hospital in Interlomas, consolidating its presence in the State of Mexico, where it already has three operational units. The new Hospital MAC Interlomas required an investment of more than 400 million pesos and has a surface area of 4,828 square meters. With this opening, the company will generate 200 direct and indirect jobs, highlighting its economic and social impact in the region.
With this expansion, MAC's coverage extends to 19 cities in Mexico and strengthens its capacity to serve more than 2 million patients. The company works to provide services in critical areas such as cardiology, neurology, general surgery, and oncology, thus prioritizing the health needs of the population.
In another area, one of the three finalist projects of the seventh edition of the Heineken Green Challenge 2024 - BioIntellectus, Syntropia, and Radial - will have the opportunity to conduct a pilot test at the brewery to potentially become part of its operations. Over seven editions, the initiative has accelerated and supported more than 120 projects to promote the development of sustainable ecosystems.
