Javier Carranza, better known as 'El Costeño', suffered an unpleasant betrayal from his fiancée, who not only decided to end their relationship but also took money that the comedian had saved at home.
The situation occurred on April 12 after a discussion with his now ex-partner, with whom he had had a relationship for a year and a half. Carranza shared the story during an interview on Gustavo Adolfo Infante's show, De Primera Mano, where he detailed what happened and expressed his surprise at the outcome of the relationship.
In the conversation, 'El Costeño' revealed that they had wedding plans and had discussed starting a family in the future, but the ex-partner was already planning to leave him long before carrying out the theft.
The comedian explained that the argument started after she returned home in the early morning after telling him she would go to the theater, which upset Carranza. Despite receiving an alert from the camera sensor in his home, he decided to continue with his work commitments and hide money in a safe place in his closet before leaving for his shows.
When he returned home later, he noticed the absence of his fiancée, as well as her clothes and the saved money. Although he had blocked her on all social media, 'El Costeño' sent her a brief message wishing her blessings.
Despite everything, Carranza does not classify the incident as theft, but as a breach of trust, although his lawyers have already begun working on the case to determine the next steps. The comedian has expressed his desire to find peace amid the situation while receiving the unconditional support of his loved ones.
In the midst of the circumstances, 'El Costeño' has found space for humor by making jokes about what happened and sending good wishes to his ex-partner, urging her to make the most of what she took and wishing her the best in the future.
